All prices are expressed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) exclusive of GST.
Shipping within NZ is free and we can deliver to International destinations. At the time of placing your order please contact us so we can advise the cost to send to an International address.
We deliver usually within 3-5 working days, in the event there is a delay, you will be notified via email.
Duties & taxes
All international purchases are exempt from New Zealand GST which is 15%. However, they may incur local duties and taxes in the country where the order is delivered. Local taxes and duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to ship from NZ to Australia?
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours. Deliveries throughout NZ are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days. Once your order has been despatched we will email you a tracking number.
Are there any additional charges other than the listed price?

What is vege tanned leather?
Vegetable-tanned leather is tanned using tannin (hence the name “tanning”) and other ingredients found in vegetable matter, tree bark, and other such sources.
What is full-grain leather?
Full-Grain leather, made from the finest raw material, are clean natural hides which have not been sanded to remove imperfections. Only the hair has been removed. The grain remains in its natural state which will allow the best fibre strength, resulting in greater durability. The natural grain also has natural breathability, resulting in greater comfort for clothing. The natural Full-Grain surface will wear better than other leather. Rather than wearing out, it will develop a natural “Patina” and grow more beautiful over time.
What if i receive a faulty item?
Fibre products are produced from the finest Full Grain leathers. Please be aware that leather is a natural product and as such it is not always consistent from one piece of leather to the next. This may be evident by seeing some uneven grain finish on the surface or even with some scarring, growth marks or minor skin defects being seen. These are not faults and in fact these natural events give the product its true character and sets it apart from imitation materials. As such, Fibre will not accept returns for such defects. Please refer to refer to the Returns section.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the package being delivered to us and Fibre will not accept any liability for lost returns.
We will happily repair, replace or credit (if we can’t repair or replace) any genuinely faulty product returned to us within 6 months of purchase. You must be able to show proof of purchase to ensure this falls within the 6-month time-frame.
